Malinda opened Anchor Realty Partners in 2006 and brings over 30 years of experience as a full-time real estate professional.

Her real estate career began in 1991 where she was hired as an accounts receivable specialist for a commercial real estate company in Alexandria, Va. It was only a matter of a few months when her talent, dedication and drive was recognized, she was quickly promoted to lease administrator, where she was responsible for everything related to over 200 leases, rent increases, CPI increases, operating expense billings, abstracting leases and knowing all first rights and options of all leases in every building. In 1995, her family relocated to Atlanta to be closer to her mother and sister. She joined TMW Real Estate Management in the fall of 1995 as lease administrator. At the time she joined the company they had approximately 500 leases that she was responsible for and she was actively part of the acquisition team when purchasing Class A office buildings throughout the United States. When the company was sold in 2003 to Prudential Global Investors she oversaw a team of four lease administrators and was responsible for over 3,000 leases.

With the dissolution of TMW Real Estate Management she was able to make a career change. In 2003 she received her Georgia real estate salesperson license and quickly hit the ground running. She was blessed to begin working with a local builder and the wonderful City of Acworth Mayor Tommy Allegood, which quickly accelerated her career. In 2006 she realized that she was not going to share the benefits of her hard work anymore just to say she was part of large realty company. With wise words of wisdom and encouragement from Mayor Allegood, in 2006, Malinda passed her broker’s exam and Anchor Realty Partners was established.

  • Accredited  Buyer's Representative — Buyers have an advantage when using an ABR, because the buyer's  representative seeks to protect the home buyer not the seller.
