Malinda Howe

Malinda opened Anchor Realty Partners in 2006 and brings over 31 years of experience as a full-time real estate professional. As the daughter of a single mom, she learned a strong work ethic early on and was determined to be the best that she could be in school, home and career.

“I live, work and play in Historic Downtown Acworth and have a vested interest in our community.“

Some of Malinda’s accomplishments include:

  • Contributing writer for Around Acworth Magazine

  • Chairwoman of the Tourism Board for the City of Acworth

  • No other Agent, Broker or Realty Company has sold more homes in Historic Downtown Acworth since 2003

  • Completed the sales of Logan Village located in Historic Downtown Acworth — Parkside 8 infill craftsman-style homes 2004-2005. Low $200’s

  • Completed the sales of McEver Village located within the city limits of Acworth — 15 craftsman style homes 2005-2006. High $200’s–low $300’s

  • Completed the sales of Lake Acworth Village located within the city limits of Acworth — 49 single Family homes, 44 Townhomes 2014-2017 — mid $150’s to low $200’s

  • Completed the sales of Lombardy Village located in Historic Downtown Acworth — Infill development 12 single family homes — Zero lot lines — Homes low $300's–Mid $300's

Deborah Hill

Deborah has lived and worked in the Kennesaw/Acworth area for 20 years and joined Anchor Realty Partners as a Realtor in 2018 when she moved to downtown Acworth. She spent more than 10 years working in marketing and business development with Chick-fil-A and developed strong ties in the community.

She also brings her knowledge of design to the business having studied interior design at Oklahoma State University.

Deborah has had the pleasure of working as a designer assistant on several TV design shows on HGTV, NBC Peacock and A&E including Rock the Block, Sell This House and Build it Forward.

Her breadth of experience is a valuable asset to potential sellers and buyers.
